Our goal is to continue developing our Small Business Advisory Services Team, which currently consists of ten accounting professionals and three administrative staff. The work performed by our qualified staff meets the standards required by the American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants of which we are members. Professionals at Wilke & Associates maintain the technical training and experience required by the industry.

Many of our business clients are privately held companies, predominantly subchapter S Corporations and Limited Partnerships, while our individual income tax clients are usually owners of small businesses and/or real estate entrepreneurs with considerable investments and complex income tax returns. We strive to assist our clients in obtaining their small business and personal goals by adapting our technical abilities to meet the specific tasks required to help our clients.  Our fee structure is a competitive market-based system tailored to each clients need.  Wilke & Associates' growth goals consist of 90% referrals from existing clients and 10% from marketing efforts, with excellent quality service to existing clients taking a priority over any other task.
